All services provided by Capital Estates, including but not limited to:

• Credit & Financial Blueprint Consultations
   
• Tenant Screening Services
   
• Notary & Loan Signings
   
• Lease Preparation or Review
   
• Document Assistance

• Premium Concierge Consulting
   

are non-refundable once booked, paid for, or rendered.

Due to the nature of digital consulting, document preparation, and time-based support, we are unable to offer refunds once the session or service has been initiated or completed.

If you need to reschedule your appointment:

• You may do so with at least 24-hour advance notice via your booking confirmation email or by contacting us at erika@capitalestates.org.
   
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of your payment or the need to rebook at full price.

We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and attempt to resolve the matter professionally.

If we introduce digital materials (such as eBooks, templates, or training), all sales for digital products are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Capital Estates is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, outages, unforeseen emergencies, or system interruptions.
